Application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer flakes

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) is a high-efficiency water reducer for concrete or cement. It improves the fluidity of concrete and improves the strength and durability of concrete.

 

Our company developed two types of Polycarboxylate superplasticizer flakes, that is FWD PC-201 & FWD PC-202.

FWD PC-201 flake is high water redusction type , FWD PC-202 flake is Slump-retention type. The PCE flake product have high performance water reducing admixture with excellent dispersion, and gives concrete good construction performance, significantly improves the mechanical properties and durability of the hardened concrete. and gives concrete good construction performance as well as excellent slump retention. It can effectively solve the problem of large slump loss of ready-mixed concrete under long distance transportation or high temperature condition.
